For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that are not suitable for return for those reasons, such as certain cosmetics or personal care products, cannot be returned under the change-of-mind cancellation right once their protective seal has been broken.

This exception does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns, provided these costs were explained before purchase.
