At InLux Shop, we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases.
Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the products.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
Beauty, Cosmetics & Personal Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed beauty products, cosmetics, creams, skincare or personal care products if the hygiene seal has been broken or removed after delivery.
Products that have been opened, used or tested cannot be returned where the legal hygiene exception applies.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns, provided this was explained before purchase.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, InLux Shop will cover reasonable return postage costs.
